This is a little diamond of a hotel, great location right in the heart of Hinterglemm! Amazing spa facilities, in true Austrian style.. Would defiantly stay again, with the family next time. (Great for kids)

The service is a tiny bit hit and miss....turndown is dire and ended out to be more of an intrusion into the room to deposit 2 small chocolates in adhoc places and leave the towels on the floor etc (and only on 2 nights were there chocolates out of our 8 nights there, just a bit of a mystery)....but aside... Not close enough to the ski slopes. Lots of walking back and forth with skis, kids etc... Children not allowed in outdoor pool since its a nude area. Indoor pool is tiny. Stayed here in February 2013 for a weeks skiing. Hotel is refurbished to a high standard, room was comfortable with great views. Food was very good. Well being saunas and pool great after a days skiing.
