A great hotel with beautiful rooms suites spa and pools.Unfortunately they was unable to supply swimming costumes so we did not stay after making a reservation for three nights.Apparently it is almost impossible to purchase swimwear in Novigrad during the winter.

This hotel doésn´t look like much on the outside. Inside it´s very elegant and spotlessly clean. The staff is very friendly and forthcoming, the rooms are beutifully decorated with navy motives. Nice hotel, very pleasent staff, good location, big rooms, quality food and very clean hotel. We have a dog and he had a very nice trip in the hotel. Spa is small and have intime ambient. The marine is a very nice.

Stayed with family in a corner room, actually suite, of around 100m2. Spacious livingroom with balkony overlooking harbour and the city, 2 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Breakfast and dinner tasteful. Staff very welcoming. Wellness center also nice, got a real good aromatic oil massage. Would definitely recommend, especially out of season when you can get discounts.

We stayed here in November 2012 and really enjoyed our stay. We loved the location on the marina, a few minutes walk from Novigrad, the ship-themed decorations, large comfy rooms, great spa and pool, wifi, free parking and super friendly and welcoming staff.

Spacious rooms, very nice bathroom. Hotel is in marina and 5 minutes walk distance from centre of Novigrad. Breakfast could be better for 4 stars hotel. Evrything is ok, staff friendly and helpfull, but a bit slow (check in/out).

The first night was fine but the second day staff took my wash bag including 4 prescription medications and pilfered it. When I raised the alarm staff were courteous and apologetic. I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. The service is great, everyone is very nice and helpful. The food is various and delicious and the rooms are furnished excellent. Everything was exceptionally clean.

Don't let the somewhat dark and cold marmer entrance fool you, this is an excellent 4 star hotel with large airy rooms with all decoration in a naval theme.
