The Alaska Salt Water Lodge is fantastic! It is very clean and inviting, which I appreciated. The lodge is situated right on the beach and close to the water, with beautiful views! The staff was wonderful and very helpful in figuring out fun things to do around Seward. I wouldn't stay anywhere else!

We totally and completely LOVED our stay at Saltwater Lodge. I wish we could have stayed for another week. Our room didn't face the water and that is the only bad thing we can say about our stay. The staff was quite helpful. The room was nice. The view at Breakfast was amazing. It was quite nice to walk off dinner on the shoreline behind the lodge.

It sits on a spit that overlooks the harbor, and I swear the owners seed the oysters on the bank off the deck, because we had sea otters all three days we were there and rarely saw them... More

The room is just a double (?) bed and tiny bathroom. There is no A/C and no TV, but you probably won't need either. The bed was small but comfortable. This is not like a normal hotel.
