I wasn't informed that the hotel was undergoing renovation work. Rather disappointed not informed that there wasn't a full restaurant running. Room was comfortable and the staff were rather lack lustre. Charged E15 for a burger and a plate of crisps, this was very disappointing and when we asked for chips (fries) the waitress said NO!

Convenient for travelling to and from Euroairport. They have a free airport shuttle and we could leave our car in their parking. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Beds and duvets are good. Can recommend a stay here.

Arrived a little late but was collected from Airport to find a super clean hotel and my room was excellent - next morning taken back to airport and all people involved were extremely friendly.I have already booked to stay again in March and am sure I will be just as satisfied as this time.

Often our best choice when passing through Switzerland, France and Germany. The position makes it ideal for access to three different countries. Location is very good, the services are very standard but efficient, restaurant nothing particular but has everything you may need for a dinner. Be there again soon!

As all the IBIS hotels are mostly the same, I can say that even this one is in the average. The restaurant is a good effort to propose good food in a different way, but the portion are small. Anyway, around there are a lot of very good local restaurant.

This is now our second stay at this hotel, typical Ibis not more, not less. Room was clean, service was quick but a few funny problems occured while settling the bill upon departure. Good connection to Basle with the Distribus, it just took 10 minutes and cheaper then Swiss transportation.

Overall a quality hotel with no major issues. It was quite a long walk to the tram stop into Basel. Sleep was disrupted by outside noise. B/fast was good, as was the overall service. These was some errors on the bill, but these were corrected when pointed out.

Stayed for one night, in general all was fine. Typical Ibis hotel. They offer shuttle service, but not free of charge and we had to wait for nearly 40 minutes at the airport for taxi to arrive. Good thing -- WiFi is complimentary in all hotel area.
