Very well situated,ideal to visit the town, quiet, friendly staff and restaurant offers good food for reasonable prices. Weather was excellent so they served also breakfast outside. For France it was one of the best breakfasts I ever had. Certainly will go back.

Very welcoming staff, excellent food, but rooms taste chain hotels unauthentic and air recycling is noisy everywhere. Spa is basically a small pool, jacuzzi, sauna & hamman. OK for a 1-night-stay

This hotel is situated in a lovely setting, the medevil city of Provins. We had a spacious clean room that was tastefully decorated. However, the uncomfortable bed and low quality bedding were a disappointment and unsuitable for a hotel of this caliber and price.
