Crowne plaza was undergoing massive rénovation so facilities were restricted. The réception and lounge could not be accessed easily. However, what was missing in the hotel was compensated adequately by the wonderful service rendered by the staff. Rooms were fine and upto usual standard of the Crowne Plaza brand. The location is central with good connections to all transport

Beautiful view, clean and relatively spacious rooms, somewhat dated bathrooms, excellent room service, gym well-equipped. Really enjoyed our stay here after an unexpected hotel change and would highly recommend

We found the hotel through a great deal on Priceline, it was in a good location and they let us bring two small dogs for a very minimal pet fee (even though there was a snafu regarding the checking in of our dogs that was remedied the next day). This is a great place to stay. The room was wonderful, the staff was friendly and the entire hotel was spotless clean. Our room had a terrific view of Seattle, particularly at night the Space Needle view was great. Convenient location. Within walking distance to Pikes and Pioneer Square.

We just stayed at the Crowne Plaza 5/17/13 and 5/18/13 as part of the WMPH cruise package.The hotel is nice and centrally located. The rooms are large and comfortable. I stayed 4 nights for a work conference. This hotel is within waking distance to many great Seattle attractions and restaurants and within a short cab ride to the City Center area. Hotel staff was very helpful and always attentive with my needs. My view from the 30th floor was nice and peaceful.
