I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. I just needed to come to the city just for one night and I decided to choose the Residence Inn by the water. Great Views and a awesome restaurant across the street. The hotel staff was friendly, (not quick, but friendly). The hotel has a parking garage for large vehicles, as well... More

We typically stay in Marriott properties if possible and this exceeded our expectations by leaps & bounds. The suite was really that - separate bedroom and very spacious dining/lounging area. Full kitchen which we didn't need, but appreciated the extras like the wine glasses, frig and other amenities. Location was perfect - can access bus and streetcar options north or... More

I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights in May of 2013. This was a very nice place with great access to the trolley system in Seattle. I simply walked one block or less to catch a ride across town, very easy to do. We had a very nice room, with two sleeping areas. I was sharing the room with... More

This property is directly across from Lake Union with many rooms facing lake. Some rooms have decks, especially corner rooms. Several excellent restaurants across the street including Daniel's Steakhouse, Joey's, Chandlers Seafood and even a Hooters. Light rail stop across the street. About 1 mile from business district which is a real plus when you are at the Property. Dogs... More

Booked the RI/Lake Union for a business-trip / weekend getaway with my wife. So the primary intent was a clean, functional, well-located Marriott. Got that and much more. From the moment I checked in at the front desk, it was clear that friendly, helpful customer service was important to this management team. The front desk was polite, helpful, clear, and... More

This hotel is perfect and allows you the opportunity to enjoy the best of what Seattle has to offer. Just jump on the trolly right outside the door and it takes you into town. Walking along 5th street in city center gives the best impression of Seattle. This hotel fills all your needs so that if you need to work... More

Stayed here for two nights. The Residence Inn exceeded expectations in all areas. Twice as large as a regular hotel room. Have living room and complete kitchen on one side and king bedroom and bathroom on other side. What more could you ask for? Free breakfast and evening heavy snacks included. Internet streamed fine. Our room was quiet. Bathroom not... More

Stayed a week here and loved our room, it had a great view of the lake and the space needle. Our balcony was huge with a table and 4 chairs plus a sunbed. The new bed was wonderful and the kitchen was spotless, something you can't say very often these days. Our pots and pans, cutlery and plates etc were all... More

I enjoyed my stay at this Residence Inn, that is designed (and possibly used to be) more like an embassy suites, with the tiered lobby and waterfalls. The breakfast was above-average for a Residence Inn, the rooms updated and quite clean. The staff was incredibly helpful. Only con: parking is obnoxiously expensive ($30.50 once tax is factored in) but this... More

Our king suite was spacious and well decorated, much better than many Residence Inns in which we have stayed. Location is great with the South Union Streetcar, Museum of History and Industry, the Lake Union shore, and several good restaurants within a short walk. Breakfast is excellent with lots of variety. The atrium is gorgeous and is a great place... More
