We really enjoyed our stay at Green Lake. We loved biking and walking along the lake. The breakfast and fresh cookies were outstanding. Julie was very hospitable and helpful in directing us to he best tourist attractions. A little outside of downtown but a great neighborhood.

We were very pleased with our stay. The house is right across the street from the Green Lake park which has an excellent walking path. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. I will definitely stay here on my next trip.

spent three nights in early June. The place is excellent in every way. Julie and Blayne were wonderful hosts. Greenlake park is an excellent place for an after dinner stroll or an early morning jog. We stayed in the Greenlake room which was well equipped and comfortable. There was a little traffic noise but it was not a problem. Breakfast... More

This is a lovely, Green Lake guest house (like new but with character features) -- guest rooms are spotless and well-appointed. The common area is welcoming -- cozy fireplace seating in living room and dining area with a view of the lake. Julie's hospitality is second to none.....sincere and knowledgeable.....and the breakfast was incredible; healthy and creative (you won't need... More

Greenlake Guest House sets the standard for bed and breakfasts everywhere. It's located across the street from Seattle's Green Lake Park, convenient to every part of the city. We ran or walked the three miles around the lake every day we were in town. The rooms in the house--the comfortable living room and dining room, furnished with Mission-style furniture, as... More

OK, I have to go back again just to have the time to enjoy all the amenities Julie had there for us! Just too many and not enough time. It was a very, very nice place and stay. The food was most excellent. As were the service and people. Liz and Gary happened to be inn-sitting when I was there... More

My husband and I cannot say enough good things about our stay at the Greenlake Guest House. The owners are the consummate innkeepers providing outstanding service at every turn. Located across the street from a beautiful walking lake and within walking distance of several fine restaurants and pubs, it is in a convenient location for accessing downtown Seattle.

Green Lake Guest House represents everything that a superior B&B should be : welcoming, cozy, spotless and relaxing with good breakfasts. Julie is a lovely person who is very happy to help in any she can. The Green Lake location is a huge plus and we took full advantage of it, with several walks/runs daily. All the little touches are... More

Loving care, attention to detail, and harmonious atmosphere was maintained by Julie, the owner. Emma, the dog, was also a wonderful presence. We usually are in Seattle on business, and get out as soon as possible to get back to Portland. This trip was personal, and our two night stay at Greenlake Guest House made it a very special experience.

My sister and I recently stayed 4 nights at the GLGH - I have stayed in many Bed and Breakfasts and this one rates at the top. Our host Julie has thought of every detail to make our stay perfect. Breakfasts were amazingly good and differed each day. Fresh baked cookies, snacks and coffee were available throughout the day, as... More
