This inn is so comfortable and friendly and unexpectedly great. The location on Greenlake is perfect--just minutes from everything--and the heated floors, jacuzzi bath, thick bathrobes and great homemade breakfasts top it all off. A real find!! More

It was the name that attracted us. We love vacationing every year at Green Lake near Ottawa in Canada. Of course, we reserved the Green Lake room and were delighted with its cozy charm. We loved the Arts and Crafts style house. The breakfasts were delicious and varied. Snacks and beverages were available throughout the day. Great selection of Oscar... More

This B&B was so quaint and warm. We could see the Lake from our windows and got up early just to take in the fresh air and walk along it's shores. The hosts gave us tremendous service and excellent advice on where to eat and enjoy Seattle. Our rooms were cozy and treats were offered to make our stay more... More

Had a really wonderful stay in December. The property and rooms are gorgeous with a view that leaves you inspired. Julie and Blaine make a real effort to making the stay feel like home, or better yet, a pampered and luxurious version of home. The Greenlake area is incredible. With the beautiful lake, trees and greenery everywhere, abundant cafes, restaurants,... More

The house is decorated so well, it is so inviting and comfortable, you even get the company of a sweet beagle Emma while you cozy... More

What a find! My husband and I wanted a location away from downtown and this neighborhood, by the lake, was a nice diversion. Julie and Blayne are consummate hosts and there is no detail they have not thought about. A wonderful getaway. We will be back! More

I could live at Greenlake Guest House! It is so charming (hardwood floors, lead glass windows, built in cabinets) and beautifully decorated. The breakfasts are beyond delicious and the homemade cookies are the best! The owners are very friendly and helpful, the type of people you would want as neighbors. When my husband made our reservations, the owner asked if... More
