Loyal Inn is close walking distance to the train, shopping, restaurants, and downtown. The staff are always friendly and the rooms are nice with a microwave, flat screen tv and a good size fridge.

This was a very clean hotel. Not fancy but served the purpose. The service from the employees however was FANTASTIC! I would recommend to anyone not looking for swanky but good clean room at a very reasonable rate.

We stayed at the Loyal Inn twice in 2011. Everything was above industry standards and exceeding our expectations given the location, room, computer/fax facilities, gym, continental breakfast and general services. I stayed in this Hotel during 12/24/2011, X'mas Eve, and the staff with friendly smile to help us check in. The spa and fitness centre open 24 hours and mostly won't see in other best western. The breakfast was nicely prepared, and the breaskfast room kept clean all the time. A very nice expericence with this Hotel during X'mas time.
