We are repeat customers and have stayed here from one night to over a week. The owner is always friendly and helpful. He told us some cool places to visit while in the area. The room was spacious with a kitchen space. There is a complimentary breakfast. We will stay again on our next visit.

The beds where as hard as rocks. Not very clean, poor service. I can't believe I paid $120 for this hotel. The room was smelling cigarettes but the staff never admitted this. As a single woman, I decided not to stay there even if they didn't accept to refund me my expensive smoky room ....

ok guys this place was absolutely terrible, a bunch of dunks and druggies and the rooms were smoked in when the room was supposed to be a non smokeing room, and just very bad place, DONT EVER SLEEP HERE!!!

The Pro's for this hotel is the price, it's helpful staff and it's location to downtown Anchorage. The shuttle service is very good and they will take you almost anywhere within the mid to downtown area and pick you up. We spent two days here after a horrible experience some where else. The staff is friendly and they provide all the things stated. The rooms were as discribed. Newly remodeled clean fresh rooms. They know how to treat their guests. If you have any questions the staff is very knowledged about the area.
