Unfriendly desk clerk, hard bed...it was clean though. There was at least 4" of standing water in front of the door outside that led into the area where our room was. It definately wasn't the worst place I'd been to.

Great place to catch some sleep. Close to the airport and they have 24hour shuttle service to and from the airport. Don't expect a 5 star hotel. Hotel is dated. stayed here for a couple nights. this hotel is my favorite hotel in Anchorage, only downside the pillows were a little big, but that was ok with me. had a new driver to airport, very nice person, maybe one of the managers. very kind.

Quick shuttle, to and from airport. Room looked clean, but had outdated furniture, TV etc... If your looking for luxury and amenities of a 5 star property look else where; but If you need a good convienent option close to airport at a reasonable price, then this is a good overnight option.

While Alaska's motto may very well be Big, Wild, Life, one does not expect wildlife to be present inside your hotel room. Booked a 3 star hotel thru Hotwire. Ended up with Coast International. This is a run down "hotel" that is not even a 2 star. It smells, the carpets are worn, bathrooms are held together with caulk. Hotwire is usually pretty good. But be careful using Hotwire in Anchorage.
