Decent place, good local winter rates, near airport. Big rooms, secret is to ask for a room in the new wing. Not sure if they've updated old section, haven't stayed in the old wing for years. Walking distance to millennium hotel, I like their bat and restaurant.

Went up to celebrate some friends 30 year anniversary, and needed some sleeping accommodations and they suggested the Puffin inn. Great choice, front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and the bathroom showers had ceramic tile that had the Alaskan Puffin birds on them, very cool
