Camai is the cleanest B&B we stayed in during our recent trip. The rooms were quite nice and there was plenty of space. They offer wifi & a TV in each room, plus a private bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and Caroline even made a special gluten free meal for my husband which he devoured rather quickly. We didn't spend... More

With only 5 days to spend in Alaska, we chose Camai Bed and Breakfast. The owners were helpful, friendly and very accommodating. The breakfasts were delicious and filling. Some days we didn't even need to eat lunch! The room was very comfortable. I would recommend the Peony suite. Having a fridge, microwave and toaster oven was great for heating leftovers... More

We spent two nights at Camai, and it's a good place to stay. The hosts are friendly and the breakfasts are really excellent. The location is a little hard to find, and it's in a crowded residential neighborhood, but once in the room it was just fine. Really nice bedding and everything was really clean. Highly recommended!! We only stayed one night and arrived late. Didn't really get the full experience of the B&B. Only met Caroline when we checked in. But she left early that morning for a week leaving Craig in charge. They were doing a lot of remodeling on the house that morning which made it a little uncomfortable. The place was very clean.... More

Thank you for the feedback. I apologize for the noise that was made during the time we were working to become more “green.” The project of making our B&B/home more energy efficient was completed more than two weeks ago. We had an energy audit last fall and were given numerous items to work on to make the house more energy... More

We only stayed here one night in the 'Rose Suite' and it was great! The hosts were very welcoming and our accommodations were very nice. The suite is amply spaced for just the 2 of us and the bed was VERY comfortable! Breakfast was yummy and they gave us a bottle of wine on the way out! We'll definitely be... More

Located in a suburban area of Anchorage, but with a breathtakingly lovely wildflower garden in the back. Perhaps one of the most tastefully decorated B&B's we've ever stayed in. The Firewood Suite on the lower floor has a functioning kitchen and a Murphy bed for an additional sleeper..an economical place for a small family. Breakfast was great and beautifully presented.... The Valentines were welcoming and friendly. Our suite was vary spacious, clen and quiet. The breakfasts here were absolutely wonderful and much fancier than we expected.

We stayed for nights at Camai B&B during the 1st week of March and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The rooms are nice and clean and Caroline had nice breakfasts for us on both of the days. One can also get a beautiful view of the backyard (and might also sight moose during the winter months) from the breakfast table. The... More

When I travel, I usualy prefer to stay at a Bed and Breakfast. Camai is one of the best I have ever stayed at. The rooms are wonderful and the rates are great. Caroline and Craig are very accomodating. For example, on my last visit I got in late at night and there were fresh cookies waiting for me. The... More

In planning our two week trip to Alaska we knew we needed to rest on arrival from our trip from Boston. We wanted to get our legs moving with some hiking, and then acquaint ourselves culturally with Alaska. We're quiet folks, and it seemed that the Camai would suit us. We were rewarded handsomely. The Camai is in a tucked... More
