This hotel was such a pleasant surprise.A great place to stay. My room had a kitchen area with all the appliances and a dining table, a desk , living room ,bedroom with second tv and great bathroom . And all for a very reasonable price. Great staff, enjoyed interaction with GM and other staff,very professional and helpful.

Stayed on business with a teen youth group. Staff were very helpful, patient and professional - everyone from front counter staff to grounds maintenance. Best customer service I have had in a long time. The teens enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Will be staying again in the future.

You just can't go wrong with this hotel. The staff is friendly, the rooms clean, the beds comfortable and they have complimentary Paul Mitchell hair products. What's not to love?! The meals are mass produced but decent and the location is good. I always feel safe on the BP grounds.

IT is a good basic hotel. Room had kitchenette with stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher and everything needed to cook and eat. I've stayed at this hotel multiple times and am always amazed at the excellent service, spotless rooms and great complimentary meals. This is one of the best hotels in Anchorage. This trip I used the laundry service and it too was perfect.
