Excellent hotel and staff. When we arrived their pool had been shocked and was not open yet. There were some hotel guests that were being impatient but staff was checking with engineering to determine when they could open it so it would be safe for guests to use. Came to a reunion in Omaha and found the location of hotel to be perfect. A great town to visit and the enjoyed our stay. A great value for the comfort and amenities that were available. Pool was very nice and the exercise facility was handy. Has close proximity to health care facilities.

I waited at the host's station at Cedar Street Grille for 5min while the waitress flirted with the 5 men at the only occupied table in the restaurant. Rooms are too dark, and they need to put some higher wattage light bulbs in the lamps - especially in the bathroom. It's really hard to see putting on makeup. I can tell that this is an old Embassy Suites, and they realy need to update it. There is no free internet, and the fitness center is very small.

Spend the extra to add breakfast to your room. Great buffet and it is pricey otherwise. Find a way to mark your table, hostesses accidentally overlapped tables. Loved the rooms, little kids were not thrilled with fold out bed being near front door. I love the Hilton line bedding and bath stuff.

This hotel was great, staff was very helpful. Pool was very nice. Everything was very clean. My little boy got sick and they were very promte at getting us new sheets in the middle of the night. Only complaint was they charge an additional 10 for internet per day.

Stayed three nights at the Doubletree in Omaha, an ex-Embassy Suites. Though there were many employees cleaning everyday, the hotel itself is aging and outdated and is of need of paint inside. The best family visit every to Omaha for my nephew’s high school graduation! I was amazed how clean and quiet the hotel was with easy access to the downtown area. Totally amazed at the size of the king two room suites at the nightly rate I paid.
