I have a cooperation with MIT and typically try to stay at the Kendall since it is nice and nearby. Breakfast is included and I like the charm of the hotel. It can be pricy depending on the events nearby (commencement week, this rowing contest) but then all hotels nearby are pricy. This stay I had a king bed room.

This historical property was perfect for my four day stay in Boston area. Staff was very friendly, attentive and welcoming. Beautifully appointed property with antiques/folk art. My room was lovely, comfy bed, very clean. (Yummy breakfast too!) I'll definitely stay again next time I visit.

This hotel looked and sounded more interesting online than it proved to be. There is a new 7 story addition, but even there the halls are narrow and the ceilings as low as 6'6", which was awkward for my tall spouse. We stayed at the Kendall last week for two nights and it was wonderful. Charming, comfortable, not a chain hotel in feel but with all the comforts including free wi-fi, free full breakfast. It's right near the "T" (subway). Just great in every way. We look forward to staying there again.

Stayed here from 10 - 12 June 2011. Rooms were clean. Location is excellent and within a short walking distance to the Kendall MIT subway station. The Black Sheep Cafe serves excellent food. The only downside of this hotel is limited and narrow parking spaces.

Stayed one night and it was perfect. Great comfy room, fabulous breakfast included, great restuarant for dinner the first night. Very nice room with beautiful decor and firm bed. All the amenities including free wifi. A small intimate setting.
