We were a family group of 17 people, ranging from 5 to 86 years old, spending a full week, not an easy task to handle! All hotel staff were helpful, friendly and very comprehensive. With most things in life you get what you pay for so when booking the 'Shardana' I should have trusted my concerns that such a reasonably priced 4 star hotel (when compared to similar hotels in it's class on Sardinia) would be flawed in some way.
