We travel to Richmond to visit our daughter. The Hilton at Short Pump is one of the best Hilton's that we have stayed. Room was great as well as the amenities. We encountered a problem with a reservation at the resturant but it was quickly solved. They went above and beyond normal expectations.

almost every month i come here for business. Really relaxing and consistent quality. The lounge smells nice, though i would like them to have a office /business space. ( they have a small one) Complimentary WIFI is great. The shampoo /body wash product is pretty good too.

Excellent customer service and nice upscale rooms! Definitely recommend staying here! The rooms were of nice size and exceptionally clean! Outstanding location close to some great shopping and awesome restaurants!

Richmond is a wonderful city, full of history and culture. The newest area is Short Pump, which includes a great shopping area and wonderful restaurants. The Hilton is right in the middle of everything! Shula's restaurant is next to the lobby, and we had a wonderful breakfast! Clean and quiet rooms, great service!

I really loved this hotel. I was there for a conference, so, unfortunately, I didn't get to use all the amenities. The service was amazing and the hotel was beautiful. Some of the Staff members were hands off during check-in process. Customer Service plays a big role in the overall representation of any company offering its services. And clearly this Hilton Hotel drop the ball this time.
