Wonderful little B&B with lots of privacy and attention to detail. It is like being home away from home. Elegant and comfortable. Nice continental breakfast and well stocked sitting area with snacks, drinks, wine. Nice balcony off the Bedrooms and a great location. Thank you Polly for a lovely stay!

Terrific place to stay while visiting Richmond. Great location and good neighborhood restaurant in walking distance. If you are tentative about using a B&B this would be a great first experience. It felt very private. There are lots of steps to the second floor and there is some street noise but Polly is a great hostess.

Beautifully restored home in very handy location, near shopping, museums etc. There was a 24 hour lounge with snacks, sodas, beer, wine etc. Tasty continental breakfast. Note to those with disabilities: steep staircase climb to the rooms, no grab bars in showers.
