My husband and I stayed here last night. The hospitality was spectacular, breakfast was delicious and the atmosphere is very relaxed. It is a cute, old, bed and breakfast. This morning I sat reading my bible in the front room where the fireplace/library is while drinking coffee. Woodstock is a darling little town that we love to visit! More

The inn is charming and well placed for the local town of Woodstock and the many nearby ski resorts. Our room was well decorated, comfortable and warm which was so important in the extreme cold we experienced whilst we were there. Our hosts were genuinely welcoming and keen to help suggestions about where to go, alternative restaurants etc. The food... More

This is a classic Vermont B & B with simple yet fine rooms. The beds are comfortable, the decorations well appointed, and the views splendid. When you plan on staying at the Lincoln Inn, don't expect to stay at the Hilton. The bathrooms are a little outdated, but in complete working order. The price to quality ratio was also excellent... Accommodated us at the last minute. Room was small, but nicely decorated and comfortable. Pleasant meeting area in the library. Situated on the river. We enjoyed our overnight stay More

Our group of four visited on one of last days of the Fall season expecting an outstanding B&B with a gourmet restaurant. Our disappointment began with our arrival when the innkeeper, or anyone else for that matter, was not available to welcome us and show us our rooms. A note left in the door indicated our rooms numbers. I consider... More

We stayed at the Lincoln Inn during a fall trip to Vermont. The location is great, just a short ride outside of town located near a covered bridge. Our room was okay, it does need some updating. The bathroom is small and out of date. It was clean though. Also, the room only has one window and it had an... More

Excellent location. First-class food. Friendly atmosphere. Great service. If you like a quiet place and don't mind not having TV in your room (a blessing!) that's the place to go. Dana and Val, Montgomery Village, MD More

Location was perfect for base to do photo shoot of central Vermont. Amy was great and helped me unclog our shower head in the middle of the night when scale from 100 year old plumbing broke loose clogging the inlet. And the food cooked by Teresa both for breakfast and dinner in the attached gourmet restaurant Mangowood was outstanding. More

-Awful service, woman was not there when we checked inn. No suggestions on where to eat/what to do/ didn't seem like she should be in the service industry. -Overcharged us and has been MIA for the refund. - Unfortunately we go to VT all the time and will NEVER EVER be back here. - Rooms are just okay and breakfast... This venue was perhaps the most like a traditional B & B when compared with others during our two week holiday. This place has a very positive side, but we will deal with the negatives first because they’re all about first impressions, so please read in full! Just a little on the edge of the town, you couldn’t wonder briefly... More
