The hotel is very overpriced given the quality of the building. I had expected a much nicer building given the price. The service overall was mediocre, and both a hotel assistant manager as well as the general manager were rude and unhelpful. I called Hyatt's consumer complaints department to complain and will never stay here or at another Hyatt again.

The location of this Hyatt Place is perfect for shopping and dining in Buckhead. We adored the layout of the suite. It is a very clean design and the bed was extremely comfortable. Room was spotless and comfortable. Access to the hotel off Peachtree Road can be a little tricky.

Place is awesome. Quick check in and out. Clean. Friendly staff. Great location. Free parking. Very nice breakfast. Quiet. Spacios rooms. Nice showers (no tub, thank God!). Pharmacy across the street. Lenox Mall nearby. Several restaurant choices close by. Near freeway exit (very convenient).
