Very lax security - you can just walk in and up to the rooms The beds hurt your back - they really need better beds. The airconditioner is the noisy in room thing - blew and made noise all night. I was in Atlanta for one night to see the U2/MUSE concert and am glad I found this hotel. I wasn't sure what to expect in the $80-100 range in a large city like Atlanta but this hotel lived up to all my expectations. It was clean and the staff was super friendly and helpful. We spent 5 nights at the Holiday Inn Select. This is a nice, quiet hotel for a reasonable price and we didn’t have any problems. Stayed here for the ACC Basketball Tournament March 11-16. Value was outstanding. Avg. $145 per night with 30,000 people in town for the tourney. MOST hotels were $250+. Shuttle takes you any where with in 3 miles of the hotel. Turner Field three blocks away. Restaurant was excellant and a good value. VERY clean rooms. Would stay no where else... more
