Arrived at 4:00 PM, No king room available till after 5- No mgr on duty. No sense of urgency- just a "message" to housekeeping- sat around lobby for over an hour while multiple guests checked into other rooms--not happy about it.

stayed at the Wingate by Wyndham for 2 nights and booked the king suite. The check in to the hotel was fast and easy. the king suite is a nicely appointed room - spacious with a large bathroom and a kitchenette which was nice to have for the 2 nights we stayed. the TV is located in the "den" area...
