Old hotel that could use a deep clean and update. Rooms are beat up, linens and rugs need replacing. Staff fairly uninterested in service. But great location for the price, walkable to restaurants and stores.

Construction on Roswell Road (end of October) makes access somewhat difficult. Hotel is a bit dated but it is clean. Front desk staff was pleasant and helpful, bed was comfortable, bathroom clean.
