“Friendly service”

Great service started when I walked up to check in. Laura was very friendly and was able to solve a double booking, rewards points and discussed hotel amentities. Room was clean, food was good, confrence rooms were nice and lunches served would not let one go hungry. Would stay again if travels take me back!

My husband and I stayed here for a recent weekend and were pleased with the facility and the service. When the printer in the business center wasn't working, a staffer named Jewel helped him by printing the documents he needed. The location is also very convenient. We would recommend.

“Great location and a pleasant surprise”

Few places in the Atlanta metro offer better value. The hotel has a great location in northeast Atlanta, easily accessible to the Perimeter shopping/dining area, Buckhead and even Midtown and downtown with I-285 nearby. The staff is friendly and the hotel in great condition -- comfortable, quiet and an obvious devotion to customer service.

“Hard to beat!”

This time we stayed in a room on the opposite side of the highway, so it was quiet. Room was very nice, flat screen tv, good wi-fi. Friendly staff here. We caught a complimentary ride to the mall this time, and the driver(from Chicago) was friendly and courteous. We will definitely stay here again.
