The lobby is presentable. Checked in and went to my room. The TV would not even work. The air conditioning/heat system did not work. The glass door to the balcony would not fully close. The room smelled and carpet was filthy and soiled. I had paid cash but the clerk had insisted that I present a credit card as well....
