Arrived at this hotel after an hour boat ride from Cienfuegos. We were on a 2 day 1 nite tour of Santa Clara, Cienfuegos, Trinidad, in early March. Our groups reservations at Rancho Luna were "lost" so we wound up here for one night. The rooms were awful. Small and dirty. No ambience whatsoever. The lobby was empty and cavernous. Someone else described it like a rundown Ikea and that is overstating the charm. Whatever the company booking our trip paid they were overcharged.
