This is a gem of a place. Peacefull, quiet and in a very natural setting. Lots of birds. Stayed there for four nights. Natalia, our bird guide for two days was great. Food was excellent, and Tom, the owner was a very engaging host. We made good use of our rain jackets each afternoon. Would love to go back.

The lodge is as great as the pictures show and Mindo is a really nice village to visit if you like tropical forests and amazing birds. Food is also excellent. Only downside: when you arrive at the lodge a bird watching guide will greet you and possibly explain what to do during for the day (assuming you speak some spanish).... More
