“Lives up to its high rating”

A first class B & B which lives up to its high rating. The location is perfect for a quiet country escape, but close enough to Warkworth and nearby beaches......don't miss Omaha Beach. Our host, Maria, was very welcoming and provided the extra special touches of a home-baked cake on arrival, and a pre-dinner glass of wine.

“Spacious rural hospitality”

A great B&B in the countryside outside Warkworth. Arrived late afternoon and left the next day, but thoroughly enjoyed the excellent hospitality. “First rate and couldn't ask for more”

This was certainly the best B&B we sampled during our 3 week stay in NZ including the south island. The rooms are beautifully decorated with luxury linens and towels and the guest lounge was excellent, especially as we wanted to stay in one evening as had a busy schedule. “lovely relaxing stay”

Lovely rural views from the private guest lounge and dining room. Warm welcome from Maria, everything fresh and clean, and delicious breakfast in the morning. Stay here and save money instead of the more expensive places 10 minutes up the road in Matakana! Highly recommended.

It was lovely that you could stay for part of the Easter break with us. Thank you for your positive review. It was great to find out we had mutal friends! Remember we would love to host that girls weekend away or home group retreat. Blessings More

Thanks Maria for a wonderful final night of our first and hopefully not last trip to New Zealand. My partner and I spent a marvellous weekend here back in 2011. The suite was lovely a great place to relax and recuperate. We went out for long evening strolls. Maria was so welcoming you felt like a visiting friend rather than a guest. What a joy.
