We started staying at the Guest House 7 years ago when our oldest son started At the U. We love the location, the rooms, and the service. Breakfasts are very good. It is the only place I will stay when I visit salt lake city! GO UTES!

This hotel is impeccably clean, the staff is super friendly, every detail attended to. The beds were the most comfortable I've been in, with pillows that feel like clouds. Great coffee in the room as well as in the lobby, and breakfast was delicious.

Our son was graduating from University of Utah with his Masters! Hotel was steps away from his dorm and walking distance to all campus locations. Room was very comfortable and the morning breakfast was outstanding!
