There have been some pretty progressive changes over the last 11 years, and we were VERY impressed with the new improvements (like temperature controls in every room). Stayed in the August room this week and loved it. The historic home is beautiful and the furniture lovely. The decor is a bit cheesy (fake plants, etc.) and overdone but still pretty.
