A decent hotel overall and close to the Gaylord Conference/Convention Center. Also close to lots of good restaurants in the National Harbor area. No room service, but can at least get a snack from the little self-serve cafe area. Autumn at the front desk made it better by being attentive, aware, and sensitive to her guests. She is a gem.
