Not enough characters...horrible room and customer service. Staff didn't even have uniforms. Room service delivered by maintenance guy in jeans. Cold room service everytime. Felt like my family was trapped because it was prepaid. Jack hammers heard from maintenance from 9a-5p. Horrible, just horrible

I look forward for the stay at Embassy Suite everytime I go to Corpus Christi. You get a warm reception when you arrive. You get a good breakfast when you get up and at the end of the the day, get get to relax at the lounge.

Nice hotel offers comp breakfast and evening reception. The construction is not invasive, but can get tiring to look at ... constantly (can't wait until it is done). My recommendation is to stay, just don't look at the construction. The updated rooms are very nice.

Hotel under construction. Our room was small and had a terrible a/c unit. I had to go buy a fan at Wal-Mart at midnight just to make it through the night. Breakfast choices were ok, but the chefs had zero personality. Not my best Embassy experience.

It was a pleasure to stay. An overall excellent experience. The hotel was extremely clean despite being under renovations. I look forward to staying again. The complimentary breakfast was excellent. My children used the indoor pool and loved it. I would highly recommend staying here if you are planning on coming to Corpus Christi, Tx.
