I stay at this hotel regularly - at least a couple of days a month. Economical and convenient if you want to be on the East side of Albuquerque. Comfortable, not fancy, pretty simple breakfast but I have always been treated well and never had any issues with safety of myself, belongings, or vehicle.

Old moldy carpet. Had to change rooms, some rooms don't have Internet. The night checkin person treated me like a criminal suspect, which I can understand based on the sketchy clients this place attracts. Do a google news search and you will see this place has a violent crime history. Rooms are unclean an disgusting.

After checking in I went to the room and it had an over powering oder. It smelled terrible. I returned to the desk informing them I would not be staying to remove the charge and to credit my account. They did not and have still not credited my credit card. Not in the best part of town.

The hotel was nice, very clean and the service was great. The staff was able to give us advice on tourist attractions and places to eat. It was a wonderful experience my wife and I highly recommend.
