We stayed at this facility Dec. 12-18. Our room was on the 3rd floor which was inconvenient upon arrival when you have heavy luggage to haul up two flights of stairs but good exercise otherwise. There is a elevator somewhere on the property. The bed was very comfortable and we would have loved to take the mattress home with us.... More

We usually like Hampton's but this one was not well maintained and the staff seemed to lack training. For example, when I turned in jewelry found in the room to the front desk clerk she didn't make me feel very confident that it may find its way back to the previous guest. Room key problems, non-smoking room that smelled of... More

I got booked at this hotel through my business travel agent, and I forgot to check TripAdvisor before I left like I normally do. The hotel is in a relatively decent location, right off the interstate, so there's quick access to other parts of town. But it's also in a rather industrial area, with lots of tractor-trailers and construction vehicles... More

We were pleased not to have to go out for dinner after a long days drive. Each night (M-Th) a different restaurant brings in dinner. We had chicken breast, rice and salad. The minus is that the hotel is older and all the rooms open outside. We really didn't mind as we could park right outside our first floor room,... More

Price was fantastic, $66 a night. They took my pet and didn't even mention a fee. I get the feeling this might have been a different chain's property at some point, because it's laid out more like a motel than like a typical Hampton Inn; room doors face the parking lot, you can drive right up to your room, etc.... As is typical for Hilton hotels, this property is well-maintained, considering the age of the building. It obviously was a different hotel at some point, as it is structured more like a motel with outdoor entries into rooms. However, the rooms are typically Hampton Inn with all the amenities - wonderfully comfortable beds, nice linens/towels, newer bathrooms, nice flat screen... More

When traveling with Pets, you're usually relegated to smoking rooms. This hotel offered accommodations for my two dogs (28 &36 pounds). I was happy to find a place that was better than a Motel 6 and one that didn't change me a huge fee. As Hampton Inn's go, this would normally rank around the bottom. While it had the usual... More

I stayed one night at the Hampton Inn in North Albuquerque as a stopover on a road trip. As has been pointed out by others, this Hampton Inn is unlike most others. It looks as if it started life as a Best Western or something like that. This probably accounts for the fact that this property was about $20 a... More

This is an old exterior corridor type motel, in a noisy location. We were surprised to find a number of dogs allowed in the rooms. We traveled many years with two small dogs and never could stay at Hampton Inns because of their no pet policy. Surprise!! Dogs on both sides of us, and smokers all over the place. The... More

This is a worn out hotel. The rooms were small, musty, smelling of stale cigarette smoke. It has some of the standard Hampton Inn furnishings overlaying the worn out fixtures and fittings of an old Comfort Inn-level facility. But If you want that, it is available down the road at half the price. More
