We won't return to the Hotel Albuquerque. Large property with conference facilities, attractively decorated in public areas with a Southwest motif, but room didn't measure up. We arrived late at night (late arrival pre-arranged) and were given a room with the air conditioning set to 63 degrees -- in winter. After making the appropriate adjustments, we were then kept awake... More

Very scenic hotel. Unique asthetic for a good value. The location is great to walk to Old Town and browse around. Also some good walking/running trails nearby and the staff was helpful is giving directions. Overall staff was friendly and helpful. Gorgeous, spacious rooms. Q Bar on site is lively and fun, and it is connected so you can walk.... More

Thank you for your positive comments. Hotel Albuquerque is in a great location and I'm glad that you were able to take advantage of the nearby attractions such as the walking trails and winery. Old Town is the best and the cultural experience it offers is truly what New Mexico is all about. We portray many of those traditions throughout... More

In town for a conference, we stayed here because of the location. The hotel is good, with a decor that is quaint, if not overdone. You could film a Mexican movie set in the 40's in the cafeteria. The rooms are good, but with noisy window AC units. And my pet peeve: you have to crawl under the desk to... More

We drive thru Albuquerque at least twice a year from AZ to MN and have never stayed in the area before - That may very well change. This hotel is fantastic: nice sized rooms, great hotel grounds, the staff was very friendly and helpful and the food in the restaurants was outstanding. What more could you ask for! BTW -... More

Stayed there for a wedding. Got there a couple hours before regular check in. The desk staff was great by getting us checked in early. Room was nice with a good view of Sandia mountains. Unfortunately the sound proofing was less than ideal. And the plumbing could use improvement. Getting shower temperature was a problem. If you're looking for night... More

The room was large and clean with a great view. The hotel decor is traditional New Mexico style and they serve a great breakfast. Staff were very friendly.Ideally located for walking around Old Town where there are lots of shops are restaurants. More

The front desk staff and housekeeping people are quite good. The restoration of the former Sheraton has turned out well, evoking a Pueblo-Colonial style. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. The hotel appears well laid out for conferences and meetings. Both restaurants have problems. Cristobal's aspires to sophistication, but the poorly trained and unresponsive wait staff are not an... I just got back from a conference at this hotel and the banqueting facilities and meeting rooms were excellent and easy to get to. It's the holidays so the hotel is decorated with seasonal decor, including luminarias lining the outside of the hotel which is so festive and traditional for New Mexico to greet you on arrival. If you are... More
