“Outstanding commitment to customer service”

I stayed for one night on my anniversary, when they saw i walked in with flowers, they went out of their way to upgrade my room into an empty jacuzzi suite they had available, the club lounge had excellent service and they even let me borrow a couple wine and beer glasses for my room, overall five star experience. “Nice upgrades and great location”

It had been a while since we stayed here and the commons and room upgrades were impressive. Everything is up to date and well kept. The room service and bar menus are good and very reasonable in price. The pool area was also excellent for our kids. I would highly recommend. More

“Below average for balloon fiesta”

We stayed for 4 nights during balloon fiesta. We were told there was a hotel shuttle to take us to the park and ride for the fiesta, however everytime we needed the shuttle it was reserved for pilots going back and forth to the airport so we had to walk everywhere, our room didn't get cleaned for 2 straight days... On a recent road trip through Albuquerque I used my SPG points to stay at the Sheraton ABQ Uptown hotel. I liked it so much that I paid cash and stayed there on the way back as well! The rooms are large and clean. The location can't be beat, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. They even are dog-friendly.... More
