We have been coming to Glacier Lodge since 1968!! Our first summer vacation after we married. As a child I had gone to stay with friends at their home in Estes but we always went to Glacier for the entertainment, square dancing, horseback riding and music ! But after we were married we have spent so many times at this... More

This is a marvelous property located just outside of Estes Park. Our family has now stayed here I believe on 10 occasions. It has a tremendous family atmosphere, and our kids have always loved it. The accomodations are nice and clean, and the owners are always quick to address any issues. Very close to the entrance to RMNP. I highly... More

We have been coming to Glacier Lodge for several years now and we just absolutely love it! Great affordable family spot, horse and pony rides available on site, comfortable home away from home cabins, safe and fun place for kids, kids playground, basketball court, coin laundry, ping pong, games/books/DVDs to check out, heated outdoor pool, friendly and attentive owners, fireplaces,... The first time we visited Colorado - almost 30 years ago - we stayed at Glacier Lodge and loved it. This past summer (2012) when one of our granddaughters came to visit, we again stayed there. In between we've stayed there numerous times, whenever we could find a cabin available that matched our calendar (Glacier books early, sometimes a year... More

I highly recommend Glacier Lodge! My husband and I were up in September 2012 to celebrate our anniversary. We stayed in 'Wildwood'. Right on the end of the property. It was quiet (other than other peoples screen doors shutting), romantic and relaxing. Small kitchenette, living room with a fireplace, and a bedroom and bathroom. Our unit was clean and well... More

My granddaughters (ages 9 & 12), my daughter and I are from North Carolina. This was a new experience from the beach we usually see. The horses and the wranglers were so nice and willingly to answer all the girls questions. It was very convenient to Estes Park and RMNP. We would love to go back someday.

My wife and I are here now and love Glacier Lodge. We've stayed here before and really enjoy our little cabin on the Big Thompson River. Our's is a comfortable one bedroom unit with a kitchen, dining area, living room combo and has a fireplace as do most of the other cabins. The resort has a nice pool available and... More

My family of 4 (2ad 2ch, 13yrs & 11yrs) have just returned from a fantastic 2 week holiday in Colorado (27th Aug - 2nd Sept). The second week we stayed in Hallets Peak Cabin at Glacier Lodge. The owner, Dave was extremely helpful with all our questions & the free coffee every morning was a big hit with my husband!... More

Glacier Lodge in Estes Park is a great place to stay! It's located on a deadend road (hwy 66) on the other side of Estes Park. Only minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park entrance. We stayed in the "Ponderosa" cabin which was very nice but we would have rather stayed in one of the smaller cabins right on the Big... More

We stayed at Glacier Lodge Aug 18 - 22 and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the property. It was our first time there but it won't be the last. When you think of the quintessential cabin in the mountains, this place is it. With a river just steps away it couldn't be more tranquil or scenic. Our kids (ages 5... More
