Within minutes of arrival we saw our first big bull elk alongside the road beside Pine Haven Cabins, he was posing very nicely for all the cameras until a few over eager tourists invaded his personal space! We enjoyed the Cowboy Cabin and Elk Horn Cabin immensely. We were surprised by how different the firewood that was provided was from... More

Pine Haven has the perfect location. About 3 miles from the Safeway Grocery store (on the same road so you don't have to fight crowds in town if you don't want to. JOIN their rewards program!! We saved about $35 dollars in the 3 nights that we were there by doing so.) Only 3 miles from the gate of Rocky... More

We enjoyed our stay at Pine Haven, the cabin was spotless and beautifully decorated. Loved that it is set back from the road, but still so close to Estes for shopping, or RMNP for hiking. The deck was so relaxing, set at the back of the cabin for some privacy and a nice view up the mountainside. We have stayed at... More

Pinehaven has everything we looked for in a "getta-away. The grounds are lovely, homey, filled with flowers, comfort & privacy. The hospitality we felt here is un-matched, the owners, George & Joan, their son Brian, go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. More

We chose this place because of the wonderful things my family said of it. George was very helpful in getting us set over the phone. The cabin was clean upon arrival. The location to downtown Estes is great! The entrance to Rocky Mountain Park is literally right down the road. We were visited by Turkey, Elk, ground squirrels, and other... More

My husband, 10-year-old son, and I stayed in the Big Horn Sheep cabin (#6) at Pine Haven for the first week of August. The experience was a genuinely positive one. The location is perfect. The owner and his wife were friendly and welcoming. Our cabin was neat and comfortable for the three of us. The kitchenette was in good order,... More

We only stayed at Pine Haven for one night and just wish we could have stayed longer. We stayed in the Preacher's Cabin and found it charming, clean, cozy but also quite spacious. The owners are friendly, helpful and very accommodating. There was lots to do on-site as well as in the surrounding area. The location is ideal and the... More

This was our 3rd stay at Pine Haven. Just like the first two stays, this one was wonderful too. We love the charm of the cabins and the owners couldn't be more nice. The location couldn't better either. I must say that the best part is watching my children toss peanuts to the chipmunks. Thanks Pine Haven for the wonderful... More

We had a blast at Pine Haven! Each cabin is furnished by theme with homey touches like country curtains and hanging flowers. Each unit has a private deck in back with its own grill and nice table, plus central firepits for grilling or s'mores. So much to do on the property -- hike, fish, play bocce or basketball. Close to... More
