Given the amenities, it's hard to call this a budget motel. Though the breakfast was minimal, it still was more than I expected given the rate of $45/night. The bed was good, the shower clean, the AC worked well, and the location seemed safe. I'd stay here again.

I don´t understand where all the good ratings come from. The furnishing is dated. The nearby road will keep you awake or at least wake you up in the early morning. The breakfast is a joke. The pool is literally next to the street. The location is good though.

The place may not look like much, but the rooms were very nice, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the price was fantastic! As long as you don't require luxury, this is a great place to stay! It was far better than we expected!

University Inn is a very well maintained, spotlessly clean older property. The staff is friendly. The location is very convenient to both the University and downtown. Lots of extras like free wi-fi, HBO and breakfast. I prefer rooms that open to an interior corridor but I felt quite safe here; it was quiet and comfortable. Unbeatable value for the price.
