Room was hot, with no ventilation and the windows wouldn’t open. Incredibly noisy from traffic. The bed mattress sagged. What a dump.

The service at this four points is excellent. The front desk is extremely helpful. There is no porter service to help with bags. They don't have a business center but you can ship your business stuff through them, you just have to call it in. You get free bottle once a day. Breakfast buffet is a hot simple meal but...

My daughter and I just stayed at the hotel and visited the U of A. We stayed two nights for free using Sheraton points and we were assigned a room on the 7th floor. Readily admitting that we seem to be in the vast minority, I am pleased to report we had a pleasant stay. After reading T.A. Reports, I...

Stayed overnight for a basketball game last weekend. The Hotel lobby is nice. Other than that this was a very old and very disappointing hotel. The TV in the room had to be 20 years old. Could barely make out anything you watched. The toilet was clogged so we called maintenance and the young guy couldn't unclog it, said "we'll...

This was clearly a sad little motel in its previous life. Now it's a sad little hotel with a fancy name. You know what they say about putting lipstick on a pig.
Worst part of the stay: The master heating/ac unit is controlled by the hotel staff/lobby, so you won't actually have complete control of your room's climate. You can...

Upon arrival, the front desk person wouldn't get off her personal call until someone from the back final realized they had a customer. Be aware that this hotel is very old, and the rooms show their old age. It is clear you pay for location at this hotel as you can find much better hotels for a more reasonable cost....

I expected far more from a Four Points Sheraton.
The hotel is so horribly dated, that whatever positive attributes it has are completely clouded by the fact that it looks like it hasn't been updated since the late 1800s. (Okay, that's an exaggeration -- but it's bad.)
Kudos to the front desk guy Heber who welcomed me in. But he...

We have stayed at the Four Points Sheraton for a number of years during the Christmas holidays visiting friends. This last visit was the best--the staff was very courteous and asked us repeatedly if everything was OK. Having a breakfast cafe in the hotel was very handy and, although the menu was limited, food was reasonably priced and nicely presented,...

Very suspicious characters loitering in the parking lot near lobby when we checked in. Requested a handicap accessible room due to a football injury. Room had a tub with bars. There was a pedistal sink with NO counter space or shelves. Pipes under sink were exposed with mold. Drinking cups were upside down on toilet tank! Towels were dingy. Shampoo,...

I recently stayed at this property and was greeted with excellent service from the front desk staff to the housekeeping department when in need of additional pillows & towels. The location was perfect for my business needs at the University Medical Center. My meals were always cooked properly due to my diet restrictions. The room was very clean. I would...
