I don't understand how this park can receive such high ratings. It is very near I-10 and a busy rail line: Noisy! There is a sewage plant nearby. When the wind blows toward the park: Phew! The dog walk area is outside the bounds of the park along a busy road, and completely unlighted. Bring a strong and reliable flashlight!...
