We stayed here for a decent rate. Nothing exceptional or unexceptional. Decent area, close to 4th Avenue bar strip and close to the Interstate. Plenty of street parking around.

The Hotel Arizona was the headquarters hotel for a convention I recently attended in Tucson. We learned that the owner and the city were in some type of dispute, and there is a likelihood the hotel will close down soon unless a buyer comes along to purchase the property. Some reviews I read before the trip seemed to criticize the...

Seriously not worth the $99 they charge you a night for a room. We went to Tucson to meet up with friends who were also visiting there & figured it would be easier to stay in the same hotel they were at. Never coming here again, though. It is a big hotel, and it was probably a nice baller one...

I have complained several times about the elevators.
The Internet seldom works in your room and the staff have ludicrous excuses!
they rip you off to park - *.00 per night, and it is NOT secure!!! Anyone can park there and the garage is empty.
Bar is closed and the restaurant is horrible for breakfast if you are luck and...

Our stay here was terrible. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Here are the reasons why.
#1 The 99 dollars a night was actually $114 w/ tax
#2 The restaurant's continental breakfast was gone 1/2 hour before it was said to be over both mornings and very dirty.
#3 The elevator didn't raise fully on the upper floors leaving a 6 inch...

My stay at the hotel was not what I was expecting what so ever. I was traveling on business and was given access to the lounge on the 9th floor. As I entered the room I was astonished at how trashed the place was. Cigarette butts on the floor, bottles of booze everywhere, half full glasses on the table. The...

I was afraid to walk barefoot in the room. Bathroom was cramped, unpleasant and rundown. Window draperies dirty and shabby as is all the carpeting. Restaurant and coffee shop closed our first day. By our 4th and final night, I was afraid the demolition guys would be moving in their equipment! Was never so happy to finish up a conference...

I stayed here just for one night while in town for a football game. For the price, the hotel was a great value. It was pretty outdated, but was clean and comfortable enough. The location was good as well. There was a good 24hr diner within walking distance called "the grill". If making a similar trip to Tucson, I would...

It looks like this hotel property needs to die a slow death, be closed and renovated by a big known hotel chain and reopened as a convention hotel. Even the hotel's restaurant closed for good this weekend ! It's a sad, rundown property that has seen better days, is woefully understaffed. Convenient hotel parking garage on site. Lower level large...
