I was there for 2 nights. The hotel is very nice, a bit of an older hotel but that added to the charm. Staff was very friendly and helpful. It was in great shape and very clean.

The hotel may be nice but I experienced nothing but RUDE and SNOBBY employees! Even when I called with a simple question I was hung up on! I've never been treated so rudely but an establishment before; I will never stay at one of their properties or recommend them to anyone.
