Great location and great atmosphere! Enjoyed very much this hotel and will come back on my vacations with and without my children. Central location makes it easy to get to all what San Antonio has to offer.

Very friendly service. Nice clean rooms and staff was always helpful. Great place to get away. I will definetly stay here next time and recommend this hotel to my friends. We were able to walk to all our events downtown. Which made everything accessible and convenient.

Paying $250 a night you expect a really nice hotel. Not this one: mold all over the bathroom and ripped sofa in the sitting area. Overall really poor and not worth the money. Plastic cups and paper plates and being expected to clean up the food area like a McDonalds is not what I associate with 3 stars

Our stay was a very nice experience. The staff was super friendly. The room was nice and spacious and clean. The breakfast was nice with enough seating for everyone (sometimes that is a problem with continental breakfasts). Great trip.

In a nutshell: requested low floor(for dog). Got put on highest floor. Requested one ADA room. Didn't get it. Requested adjoining rooms. Didn't get them. The desk associate snippy.big dog barking all night across the hall. Never again.
