We chose this hotel for the location. When we checked in, Pam was the most amazing front desk clerk ever!! She was very nice and helped us get to everywhere we went to on our vacation. I wish every hotel had someone informative and as nice as she was! Pam u rock!

We stayed her for my sons graduation at Lackland AFB. The staff was amazing. Pam and Rick made us feel welcome and helped with anything we needed. The room was nice with microwave and frig. I would book this hotel again if I come back to San Antonio.
