Great customer service, friendly, clean and nice breakfast. The location is convenient - only 10 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Riverwalk and Alamo. Definitely would stay here again. Thanks for the great service!

“Good except for the pool”

We booked this on Priceline and when we saw these reviews, we were nervous we had made a mistake. Don't know where the other reviewers stayed but floor 5 was fine. It looked clean to us and our two rooms we clean and the bathroom nice. Breakfast was ok but agree another waffle maker would be good as long wait... More

When we arrived at the hotel the new sign, which was a banner, was falling off the building. The lobby appeared clean.
