Excellent hotel and staff. Quiet and secure; courteous and helpful staff. Amenities are stellar. food is excellent and service is great. I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in San Antonio. This hotel has excellent customer service. Everyone is friendly and always smiling. Breakfast was wonderful. Pancakes were delicious and the service in restaurant was quick and efficient. The cookies are great and my kids loved them. Hot tub wasn't functioning but everything else was good. Will be staying there again!!

Excellent location in the heart of San Antonio with quick access to downtown activities. The price and accommodations were which made it a great value. The staff was great making everyone's stay an enjoyable training and visit. The meeting room and food was also great.

Overall the hotel is quiet and accommodating for nearby attractions in the downtown area. The front office staff are warm and friendly individuals who appear to take great pride in their jobs as well as their guest.

I greatly enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel's staff was excellent and did a wonderful job of accommodating me and the conference I was attending. I will stay here again for business or pleasure. It is close enough to the Riverwalk to enjoy, yet far enough away to be secluded from the downtown "hustle and bustle". Thank you!

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. We later found out we had been charged twice and are awaiting a resolution. The rooms walls had many scuff marks and needed repainting.
