What a gracious place to stay! The Old Santa Fe Inn was cozy, friendly and accommodating. After having a little trouble with the heater in our room the first night, we were moved to a new larger room and enjoyed a fire place that not only warmed the room but made our stay even more memorable. The location was withing... More

We arrived at the Old Santa Fe Inn on the fourth day of a cross-country road trip, and it was exactly the break we needed. The front desk staff was extremely pleasant and friendly, our room was cozy and relaxing (the kiva fireplace was a nice touch), and our bed was nice and comfortable. The Inn offers a complimentary breakfast... More

On our mini vacation we enjoyed staying at the Sante Fe Inn. It was quiet, peaceful and charming. The staff was extremely friendly and helped us find our way about. The hotel was Centrally located and an easy walk to everything downtown. Our room was cozy, clean, and the Keva heater was a nice touch. The complimentary breakfast was very... More

My husband and I discovered the Old Santa Fe Inn a year or so ago...and we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Santa Fe. You'll notice the superior customer service the moment you enter the warm, inviting lobby of this historic (yet fully modernized) hotel. Alex, Michael and Matt go out of their way to meet your every need, and answer... More

This hotel has the conveniences of a newer place but its charm and old Santa Fe theme is what makes it unique. Rooms are smallish but adequate. Small TV. The reception area has fireplace going, computers for guests, and the breakfast area. Breakfast consisted of make your own burritos of eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage, and of course green and red... The Old Santa Fe Inn has several high points: Sterling reception staff, excellent snacks in the lobby, a central location, and a good price for the money. It is within a few blocks of the Plaza area and Railyard District sites such as the Farmer's Market. My husband and I walked easily to the La Fonda Hotel for drinks, and... More

This place caught our eye with their free breakfast. Yet upon arrival my wife and I had the pleasure of being greeted by the friendliest, up beat and knowledgeable receptionist ever. Thank you Micheal! The entire staff was friendly and the hotel was quite amazing in itself! If you ever get the chance to stay try the kiva room with... More

We went on a girls trip to Santa Fe and my friend booked us here. It is a really nice hotel, conveniently located with an awesome staff. It seems everything you would want in authentic Santa Fe style. We've enjoyed everyone here, but Michael is a special treat. They have Starbucks brewed coffee available and cookies in the late afternoon.... More

Super friendly. New decor in rooms. Walk 3 sort blocks to the plaza. Why pay more? We were very happy with our stay. FYI , we stayed in least expensive room with two twin beds. Small room, large bath. The twin bed rooms are the handicap accessible rooms. More

I stayed ten nights and was very comfortable here. Was everything perfect? Not at first but what wasn't, was immediately resolved. For example, when I fist arrived, the room was very cold, the tub wouldn't hold water and the heater was noisy. Well, the room did warm up after a couple of hours, the heater settled down and was quiet... More
