We have a timeshare which we exchanged for a one bedroom condo here. Lovely traditional adobe style place, renovated newly, fully equipped kitchen. Walking distance to just about any of the sights in this gorgeous city, except for Canyon Road, which you can take a bus to. Grocery store, movies and everything else you can either walk to or drive... More

We own a two-bedroom winter season floating timeshare week at Las Brisas. This is the first time we have used the timeshare, although we stayed here last year in a condo rental. We truly enjoy this place. The units are well featured and stocked with pretty much all you could need, even down to the pots and pans. The decor... More

this was a wonderful place for us to stay for a week! it is close enough to plaza and canyon road and restaurants that we hardly had to drive while in santa fe. we found Las Brisas to be great for us as it is quiet and has most of what we need in a condo/hotel . we may return... More

I have stayed at Las Brisas de Santa Fe several times a year since 1994. Las Brisas has 29 uniquely, individual townhome condominiums of which ten are time-shared. The location is superb and very convenient to the historic Santa Fe Plaza and plethora of art galleries, shops, and restaurants. The condominium's pueblo architecture and decor reflect Santa Fe charm with... More

We went on a last minute trip to Santa Fe, and I was having trouble finding a reasonably priced place to stay until I found Las Brisas. They offered a deal through Tripadvisor that made it even better. There were no 1 bedroom units left, but Elizabeth offered a great deal on a 2 bedroom and was kind enough to... More

We stayed in a huge two bedroom condo tastefully decorated in southwest style. Unit was very clean, furniture was very comfortable. After being out all day it was like coming home. Our unit had two fireplaces one in master bedroom and one in living room. Wood is provided. Internet service is great. The kitchen is fully equipped. We had a... More

For all those who enjoy spaciousness, comfort and privacy in addition to reasonable rates, we recommend you try Las Brisas de Santa Fe. The photos are good representations of the condo's. It is nice to be back off the main roads but still within easy accessibility of the plaza and the railyard. We were really glad that our iphone has... More

A nice quiet complex within walking distance of the Plaza - units are well-designed and generally comfortable with a definite southwestern motif - great private patio. BUT: during the last week in Oct., when a cold front brought nighttime temperatures down to the high 20's, we found the heater did not work! Management was unable to fix it and refused... More

We spent 2 weeks at Las Brisas and it was wonderful. Our condo was tastefully decorated in a south western motif, was spacious, well appointed and walking distance to the historic plaza. The staff at Las Brisas especially Elizabeth were so friendly and helpful it really felt like home. We can't wait to.go back!

On our drive to Santa Fe, my husband developed a terrible cold and was feeling so low. Once we arrived at our unit, however, it totally lifted our spirits. We approached Unit 1 and and opened a gate to our private patio -- so delightful, and my purchase of a flowering plant to replace the dead one there made it... More
